How to make an appointment
We run all our surgeries by an appointment only system. To see a doctor or nurse please telephone us or come into the surgery to book an appointment.
Urgent cases will always be fitted in. It is helpful if you could let us know if you need a longer appointment time – the standard time is ten minutes.
We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.
Appointments are available during the hours listed below.
Consultation times
Monday: 08.30am – 11.45am and 4:30pm – 5.50pm
Tuesday: 08.30am – 11.45am and 4:30pm – 5.50pm
Wednesday: 08.30am – 11.45am and 4:30pm – 5.50pm
Thursday: 08.30am – 11.45am and 4.30pm – 5.50pm
Friday: 08.30am – 11.45am and 4:30pm – 5.50pm
Home visits
During surgery hours, urgent home visits can be made by calling us on (01443) 821255. These calls should be made between 8:00am – 10:00am. where possible.
Home visits take up much more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile or have someone who can provide transport please come into the surgery to be seen.
